Justine Kereama – Business Manager, Jay

She may say things like Jandals and Chilly Bins but this dynamic Kiwi brings over fifteen years' experience in marketing, research and account management to Hub Creative.

Justine worked as International Media Manager for Adcorp and Production Manager for a well-reputed NZ-based publication and design company. Justine worked at Starcom as Client Business Manager servicing accounts such as Subway and Network Ten and also made a brief return to Adcorp as Account Services Manager delivering great integrated results for both private and public sector clients.

Justine holds a Diploma in Business Management, Diploma in Art History, Diploma in Fine Arts, Diploma in Industrial Photography, and a Bachelor of Arts Media Studies & Communication, safe to say she knows her stuff.

Kristen Madureira - Business Development Manager, Taskmaster

Being a dedicated mother of two fur babies means that Kristen goes through about 12 Lint Rollers per week. Some might say, "why bother?" But Kristen is all about good presentation so the investment is worth it.

Aside from being well presented, Kristen's experience in marketing, business strategy and planning provides an informed and organised service offering for Hub Creative's clients.

Kristen also has a background in design - her specialties include typography, creative planning, illustration and digital media. Her crossover knowledge is rare, valued and displayed in every dealing for Hub Creative - making her the perfect liaison between the client and the creatives.

Kelvyn Shaw – Print Manager, Encyclopaedic

He may be mistaken for Bruce Willis from time to time, but Kelvyn isn't fighting crime and blowing stuff up he is fighting Printers and for the best rates on behalf of all of our clients.

Kelvyn started as an apprentice letterpress printer so he has been around since the dawn of time. Kelvyn also owned and operated his own print companies including Printex and in 1993 owned and operated Label Magic until 2008.

Due to Kelvyn's expert knowledge we rely on him to manage all of Hub's printing, negotiating with printers to get the best deals for our clients and handling urgent requests to the best of his ability, even if it means hand delivering a job in person.

Simon Wright – Designer, Astronaut

Some people have their head in the clouds, Simon's mind is travelling galaxies, vortexes and the space/time continuum searching for Ideas making him the Creative energy of Hub.

Graduating from Curtin University in 1994 Simon received first class Honours and has now worked in the design industry for over 15 years.

Visual communication and brand language are the utmost importance from business cards to annual reports, brochures and promotional material, everything is always executed to perfection. As well as working on major branding and corporate identity projects, he has also created illustrative work for international publications TOKION magazine and NEOMU.

Jemma Barrett - Finished Artist/Graphic Designer, Whangas - pronounce: "Faarr-nnn-gaahs"

Jemma comes from a place in the northern north of the North Island of New Zealand…Whangarei in Northland.

Used to daily pressures and tight deadlines, Jemma worked for APN NZ for six and a half years setting and outputting the daily newspaper. Her expertise is in printing, typesetting, finished art, production output and graphic design.

Robert Barion – Online Manager, Hot Rod Enthusiast

Rob likes to talk in binary. He says things like "pixel" and "coding" and we all nod and smile.

Although he has over 12 years' experience in online, it's his dedication to building a Model A Ford from scratch that is awe-inspiring.

This is the example he translates into all aspects of his life. He is passionate about building great websites. He builds online strategy and websites from the ground up and delivers on expectation.

Rob has worked with major brands including 3 Mobile, Honda, Orange, Johnson & Johnson, Globe Shoes, Mossimo, Stussy, Freshjive, Mooks, M-One-11, and World Industries.

Simona Terranova – Office Manager/PA, Office Barista

Simona captains a girls' soccer team and plays piano - rarely at the same time. She's our all-rounder Office Manager who can, and will, do anything - well, with a superhero name like that you wouldn't expect anything less.

Simona graduated from Sevite College in 2008 having studied Event Management. Her friendly manner and multi-tasking skills means she runs our office like a well-oiled machine, all the while ensuring the team's caffeine and sugar levels are maintained for optimum performance.
